O evento é coordenado pelos professores Azzedine Boukerche (University of Ottawa/Canada), Robson E. De Grande (University of Ottawa/Canada), e pelo professor Antonio A. F. Loureiro (UFMG).
Localmente, o evento conta com o apoio da professora Rossana M. C. Andrade (UFC). O Workshop é aberto ao público em geral, mas é necessário efetuar inscrição.
This workshop aims to seek and provide views and creative ideas of the international community in Developing Next Generation Intelligent Vehicular Network and Applications. Specifically, this workshop targets the development and integration of communication systems, vehicular technologies, and applications for enabling nationwide deployment of vehicular ad hoc networks (VANets) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). This influential event aims to bring specialists, researchers/users, and the leading industry practitioners together to share the achievements by disseminating and sharing state-of-the-art research on vehicular networks, intelligent transportation systems and wireless mobile ad hoc networking.
